Nidhi Manchanda - Administrative Head
I am in the administrative section in Building Kidz. My skills as a person has been polished while working at Building Kidz.
I have a great passion for designing. Working in Building Kidz is a very different feeling as I came to know that through performing arts. I could develop different qualities in young children and their behaviour. It is indeed a very wonderful experience to get close to a children.
Ms. Aarti - Buildingkidz
Ms. Aarti graduated with a degree from Delhi University and has been living in Gurgaon since 1999.
She is a versatile thinker with a proven record of conceptualizing and developing strategy and handling entire marketing operations. She also has a business background of over 25 years.
Ms. Aarti has always had a dream to make a difference and support the local community.
She has always had a passion for music and arts. She has an ability to interact closely with people, collate information, acquire feedback, and implement valuable services. She felt blessed to have found Building Kidz. Ms. Aarti is deeply committed to delivering the integration of performing arts with an age appropriate curriculum and bring the best preschool from Silicon Valley to Gurgaon.

Vineeta Bhandari - Founder & CEO
Vineeta has a passion for the performing arts, education and business. She believes that exposure to the arts at an early age will enhance a child’s confidence and academic abilities. So she has integrated an arts education in the quality academic curriculum Building Kidz offers.
She has over a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education. Prior to starting Building Kidz, she worked at several high tech corporations including Murdock and Associates as a Financial consultant, Levis Strauss & Bebe as a Cost Accounting Manager and Sun Microsystems as a Sr. Financial Analyst.
She holds an MBA in Marketing, a BA in Finance, and a Graduate Certification in Early Childhood Education.
Vineeta is a proud mother of two and when she isn’t hard at work running the Building Kidz family, she is spending time with her own.
Sanjay Gehani - Partner, Chief Marketing Officer
Sanjay Gehani oversees the strategic marketing direction of the company, the sales organization, and partnerships.
Until November 2014, Sanjay spent 15 years in various senior management and individual contributor roles at Xilinx, Inc. In his most recent position prior to joining Building Kidz, he was responsible for regional partnerships in Germany, Israel and India, and global partnerships across eight market segments.
Sanjay spent time in Japan as an expatriate supporting customers on the latest technologies from Xilinx, Inc. He has held positions in Business Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
Born in Chile and raised in California, Sanjay holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Davis and an MBA in Marketing and Leading Organizations from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
Sangeet Karamchandani - Partner, Chief of Operations and Technology
Sangeet Karamchandani has been consulting with Building Kidz since 2013 and joined full time in 2015 with a passion to grow an early childhood education model that can scale to all children across the globe.
With over a decade of experience in semiconductor operations management, he has a proven track record of leading projects and engineering teams to success with technology companies like Agilent Technologies, Verigy, Advantest and Teradyne.
Sangeet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Management and Leadership.
