Building Kidz has created this Privacy Policy in order to disclose its use of personal data that you give to Building Kidz. when you access or use Building Kidz’s (as defined in the Terms of Service). This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 29, 2016. Building Kidz’s Privacy Policy covers only information that you bring into the mobile applications, and/or our website and not any other information collected or processed by other web pages that Building Kidz’s links to or pulls from.
The terms Building Kidz or “we” or “us” or “our” or any grammatical variations of the preceding words refer to Building Kidz. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the users of any of the interfaces provided by Building Kidz.
Information Collection and Usage
After you register on Building Kidz as a parent or as a child, we collect data including, but not limited to, login credentials first and last name, details about your child or personal and educational details of you and your child and any other data which is provided to Building Kidz.
Building Kidzs Apps allow you to authenticate and/or register using third-party social networks of which you may already have entered information about yourself. In our efforts to perform useful analytics, Building Kidz may collect data that you choose to allow us to access using the aforementioned social networks.
As part of standard operation of the apps, Building Kidz will automatically collect information from your mobile device, including, but not limited to, your operating system, IP address and type of mobile device. In addition we may record actions taken on Building Kidz including, but not limited to, date and times of use, taps, swipes, screen views, and the amount of time you spend on each screen. Building Kidz will store this information on its equipment or the equipment of third parties that it has a relationship with for that purpose.
Building Kidz may create and assign to your device an identifier that is similar to an account number. We may collect the name you have associated with your device, device type, telephone number, country, and any other information you choose to provide, such as user name, geo-location or email address. We may also access your contacts to enable you to refer friends using Building Kidzs referral feature or invite friends to join you on Building Kidz.
Information collected in above mentioned procedures shall strictly be used for providing better services to you. We will try to abstain from collecting Building Kidz fluous information.
Use and Sharing of Information
When you provide information to Building Kidz through use of Building Kidz App, we use this information and information generated when you use Building Kidz to provide our services and features to you, to provide your information regarding your child that you may be interested in to improve the knowledge and ability of your child.
Building Kidz is not liable in any capacity if any one is able to search on any third-party website or search engine and discover your identity outside of the App. It is solely your responsibility as a user of the App to conceal or delete any information which you feel may identify you.
We may use other companies and third parties to perform services necessary to our operations. In the course of providing these services, those companies may have access to your personal information. Please be advised that, by contractual agreement, those companies are required to treat your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, we will not be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies or third parties. Building Kidz may use your IP address and mobile device information to help diagnose problems with Building Kidz. Your IP address and mobile device information may also be used to help identify you, your location, and your online profile and to gather broad demographic information. Building Kidz may maintain your data following your termination of your relationship with Building Kidz. Building Kidz may delete your user data as permitted by applicable law. Building Kidz may also aggregate your data with other data, for the purposes set forth above.
At Building Kidz, we use the data that we collect from you to provide recommendations and to communicate with you, while also utilizing it for improvement of our product offerings. Its at Building Kidzs discretion we may use any of the information that we collect from or about you to provide you our service, respond to you, and make improvements to the App, and any of our other products and services. The reasons for communication can include: notifications of changes to the App, enforcement of the terms of service, feedback regarding our product offerings, issues regarding your account or profile, new feature announcements or any other reason approved by Building Kidzs management team.
If and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Building Kidz, its affiliates, or its designated third party partners, may also use your contact information to (i) send you push notifications; (ii) create an account; (iii) send you information about Building Kidz; and, (iv) send you promotional material. Building Kidz may use demographic and/or profile data to tailor your experience on Building Kidz. Your personal information gets placed on Building Kidz when you log into Building Kidz via LinkedIn or Facebook the first time. By accessing Building Kidz, you are making all your personal and employment information on LinkedIn, Facebook and otherwise transmitted or provided to Building Kidz available to third parties who may be interested in you as an employee or employer. Building Kidz offers any user the choice to utilize Building Kidz. By accessing Building Kidz, you are specifically consenting to the use of any personal information you have provided to Building Kidz as set forth herein and in the Terms of Service.
Security of Information
Building Kidz makes use of sound practices like data encryption, installing firewall etc to ensure that user information is not misused or accessed without authority. Steps shall be undertaken by Building Kidz to ensure that user information is not altered or destroyed to the detriment of its users. Building Kidz shall not be held liable for loss of data or any unauthorized access to the information stored by us.
Building Kidz has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under Building Kidzs control. Please be advised that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Moreover, be advised that messages sent via your web browser, and other similar means of communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means. Therefore, although we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Account deletion:
Building Kidz and Building Kidz management team reserves the right to delete user’s account at its own discretion. You may request to delete or pause your account by contacting us via email.
Opting out of communications:
You may opt-out of receiving future communications from Building Kidz. You may change your preferences at any time by modifying your account by making the appropriate changes in the settings section of your account in the Apps or by contacting us via email.
Changes to the Privacy Policy:
We might make suitable amendments to its Privacy Policy. We shall endeavor to make our users aware of these amendments. It is expected that users of our apps read our Privacy Policy regularly to make themselves aware of any amendments made to our Privacy Policy. Building Kidz shall not be liable for any delay in the in publication of the amended Privacy Policy.
